Our menu is based on the freshest, carefully-sourced ingredients, many drawn directly from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Singapore, and New York. Our blends of organic spices make for a nuanced flavor that cannot be imitated—our menu is one of the reasons we’ve been in business for over 40 years!
We proudly make 14 different types of naan in our authentic Tandoor oven, which is also used to create other succulent dishes like our famous tandoori chicken tikka. We have a wide variety of vegetarian options—including the delicious Indian cheese Paneer—and proudly stand behind everything on our menu. Come in to Cedars for a dish of curry, a lamb kebab, a masala or vin-daloo, and finish it off with a cup of our bottomless chai tea!
